Incomplete refund

It’s been nearly 10 days since ssense received my return and they’ve only refunded me for half the amount. I’ve called several times and I keep getting the run a around and still have not received my refund. After having spent nearly $10K, I will not shop on this site again.

highly upset customer

Acknowledgments

I would like to thank Dr. Stein directly for his professional and good treatment of my animals. It has always helped my dogs cope with a major health problem. The first dog to leave us lived a quality life for 15 years. The cockroaches were three times as paralyzed. The dog just fell asleep and the doctor always helped him recover successfully. After treatment, the dog was able to run again. It felt like a miracle. However, reaching the threshold of 15 years, the dog begins to have major health problems with all organs at the same time. We are still hoping, but the doctor recommended that the dog be put to sleep so that it does not hurt. It already seemed impossible to us, but we didn't want to torment the living creature anymore, even though it was my friendly side of my museum.It was the most terrible moment of our lives, but this clinic did it as well and with dignity as it is possible at all. My second dog has had so many health problems that I care about him. And in this clinic we are frequent guests, to say the least. Not cheap, I agreed. But it has always helped us. It seems to me that a lot depends on the attitude of the passport. If we take care of the animal, do not take us to the clinic late, then the doctors always try to help and I have not noticed the problem. Of course, it can happen all the time. But this is not always the negligence of doctors. I can't say anything bad about the clinic. Compared to other vet clinics, it seems a much more cordial attitude. I read so many negative articles on this site. I think the clinic has saved and cured thousands of animals. But the negative always floats more.People have definitely written a complaint, but they won't even think about gratitude. I wish the clinic and doctors all the best. Because what they do every day is a miracle. Let's take care of our animals!
