Complaint about illegal, inadequate service

I never agreed to this servicer–it was forced on me by Bank of America. It’s inability to track payments is worse than any organization I have ever dealt with, its lack of credibility is even worse, its padding of billings is objectionable–it does everything illegal possible to obtain more $$$ for itself. SLS Reporting. Late payments to Credit Bureau in 2020 on Property filed in 2014 Bankruptcy

SLS acquired Equity Line Mortgage from Bank of America late 2019. I advised SLS of 2014-Bankruptcy and 2018 BR-Discharge in Oct 2019 and subsequent months follow-ing.
