Dehumidifier died

When I contacted Soleus I was directed to another company that deals with their warranties. I called this number and the message I received was this number has not set up their voicemail yet. Dehumidfier

We had it going through a hose and now the buckets filling up for no reason how do I stop it and have it go through the hose again? We check the hose and there’s nothing blocking it
