The that i bought is totally damage

Broken pasito in just 4days

My pasito got broke in just 4days , it leaks like a river and everytime im using it i always wiping the cartridge to nake it dry ,but on the 4th day it suddenly stop firing and charging but the lights are still working , i want smoant to replace my pasito a new one .

Trying to get in contact with Smoant

My Smoant Ranker mod anytime I put the batteries the mod started to smoke and spark. Emailed there customer service week later got a reply.
