They have parts on their website which they claim to have but don’t. Then it’s like pulling teeth to get it. I finally had to cancel my order. Also, their customer support is extremely not purchase from this companyD rude.

Worst Customer service and company, we have ever dealt with! Do NOT give them the time of day.

Ordered two parts for an appliance…site stated they were available. Paid extra to expedite the order… Called almost a week later, very disrespectful customer service gal said out of stock.
