Junk products, false ads, no return/refund

Sinavo Place is company, not Akai. App keeps changing name to Akai. Im 70, 63, 240 lbs., 100% disabled combat veteran. Saw pop up ad for spring-assisted knee braces @ $100/pair offering 40 kgs assist. After long wait they arrived. Pure crap. Not even 10 lbs assist, dont fit leg or help in any way. In fact...
