See previous input. I did not receive any calls, etc. from Silverthorne. I ended up having to fix the roof myself. Silverthorne installed incorrect Ridge Vents for the state of Illinois to protect against blowing snow. User’s recommendation: Stay away from Siverthorne, or talk with homeowners who have used Silverthorne.
