Poor service

The new "button" system is very nice, but it's abnormal to have only one employee per 7 people! I waited half an hour, but I didn't expect my turn either! However, the service must be fast enough so that people do not start to walk away angrily, the old people beat! Why can't you serve people and then do other things! Also, if it happens in the morning when people are in a hurry to work and it is the only time to receive shipments! Service is terrible! Ruses Street 9 post office! Fuij!
