The phone help is just terrible. They might as well just close because what good is it when customer service leaves a customer feeling never to shop at sears or use shopyourway. A total debacle. I purchased a pressure cooker on 8/31/2018. Now the rubber gasket comes out of the lid and falls into my food when I remove the lid. I called shop your way and was transferred six times. I have been given wrong information and wrong departments. No one knows the correct answer or give me a solution.
Waste of time with this program. Nothing on there website is available so you can’t use your points. It either says “out of stock” or “add to cart failed”. Go with a different rewards credit card because this on is a scam. They also have other products on their website that you also cannot use your points...

I just received a coat that is absolutely beautiful but it still has the security tag still on it when I received it.No Sears in my area.I have to return it and reorder if I want it still.My time is not valuable.
