I got an additional charge and no answer on the phone

I ordered a pair of shoes on May 4th that never came I ordered another pair on the 11th but then on the 12th I get charged yet again!!!!!!!! They say customer service is open at 7Am I called right at 7 I’ve been on hold 30 minutes so far NOTHING User’s recommendation: Look elsewhere.
