Ruined package

I received a dozen berries for my wife i had order on the 6th for Mothers day delivery was for the 9th they never arrived till the 11th and were destroyed soft and mushy….i have filed a complaint with fedex but you should be aware of what they are doing…they sat in a warehouse for 3 days... Update by user Jun 11, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. The second person I talked to resolved my problem…now fedex on the other hand I will never use their service again refused to accept responsibility or resolve my problem.
