Faulty Remote Control

Faulty remote control, tried to contact West Australian Agents without success. Had an earlier problem that was solved easily by a complete re-tune of TV stations. No replies so far for requests for help! User’s recommendation: Be very careful of stuff bought on line, price is no substitute for quality!
