I have been calling the customer care office during the office hrs whichbthey say is from 7am-7pm PST but whenever i call them at 1 pm or 12:30 pm they say their office is closed . This is ridiculous.

I got the tv in the month of feb 2020, from july 2020 the tv used to go blank aftr it was turned on for 40 min or more . Now its totally blank.As its within the warranty I have been trying to call the customer care number of times but they are not responding.I am from... Read more➤

Questions about my new tv

Tv keeps turning itself off while Im watching it cant find a setting to fix it also cant seem to add streaming apps either then the ones it came with I woundnt have bought this tv if I knew that and Im pissed off User’s recommendation: Don’t bother they are ***.
