Do not order online, company doesn’t answer phones. Customer Login remains in continuous loop of web page down. Company does not reach out to you within 24 hours as promised. Don’t buy from Sears Outlet, they are no bargain

Issue One: I purchased a small electric clothes dryer that was faulty. When it was delivered we plugged it in to check it out. The result was a noise coming from the drum and a burning smell.
