Samsung s8 purchased over 1year ago after update can’t be unlocked by Samsung Australia

The phone did a auto update at night. In the morning I couldn’t unlock my phone as no keyboard came on the screen Went to Telstra ( .my service provider) and they couldn’t help. They tried. Faulty fridge, Samsung constantly stalling on repair and replace

French door fixed twice under warranty, then stopped working 4 months after final repair (3months statutory warranty expired). Samsung said they would fix, but nothing happened.
