I scheduled twice for furniture and cloth pickup. The first time, they called me saying the truck is down and rescheduled me for next day. But they never came/called the next day. Since the reopening ALL clothing cannot be tried on including coats, sized clothing has to be returned and there is no refund if it doesn’t fit. You get a credit to be used on another wrong size.The store gives you a credit for the amount User’s recommendation: Boycott the clothing until they have a sane covid19 policy.
