They don’t replace damaged products

I have a pan Ive had a few years and the metal is pitted. When I bought they I was told it will last you a lifetime. And if they get damaged we will replace them. They dont replace them.

Its the best product.i have enjoyed using my cookware for over 25 years and my two daughter has had their cookware for over 20 years,would never cook on anything else. highly recomend the cookware.

I have no complaints about the cookware and the service after the sale has been awesome.
