Have called them several times concerning this issue unable to text or get data for almost a year. They keep walking me through different steps to get it working. Left a senior without service/disabled senior for 3 weeks or more no service sent 2 wrong sim cards

August an sept 2018 safety net sent 2 wrong sim cards leaving me without service, prior to that they had my service in someone elses name, this is fraud an abuse to elderly, I called safety net, they sent out a sim card it did not work, went another 2 weeks with no service they sent out...
