Waiting on Refund..2 mnths

Has been two months since I returned a product and I have yet to receive a refund. I contact the company weekly and I get the same response..that they are waiting to hear from the refund dept and to allow 24 hrs for response… Its been 8 WEEKS!! They deserve zero stars User’s recommendation: Buyers beware.

Absolutely horrible experince

Not even sure where to start – I ordered an air conditioner and a few other parts. The AC unit came to me totally trashed – box was completely opened and split down the sides. I refused the shipment. Don’t plan on getting in contact with this organization – impossible….
