Contacted them yesterday; issue explained immediately. Positive experience. Not at all “pissed off”. Coincidentally, put a “happy customer” comment next to our collector’s name. He’s done a great job for us.

Every time we receive bill there is always increase by few amounts. In 7 years of service price has doubled now. Customer service is very Rude and they never respect whenever you call them.
For 6 weeks now the garbage truck has arrived in my neighborhood at 5 freakin AM. Why??? We have children that need their sleep for school and adults who need sleep to drive to work. Have some respect RUMPKE. I’m going to find out when the mayor can look into changeing garbage service if this doesn’t stop.
