Damage product delivered and false assurence of getting it replaced ,not responding .

Complaint id 44127, Damaged product recieved,false assurence of replacing it time and again when called ,it’s been more than 45 days ,still waiting for the product to be delivered. User’s recommendation: Pathtic Royal oak ,never ever try or buy any furniture from this brand.
