My RoFo card doesn’t work when I want to purchase food.

I have not heard from Royal Farm concerning my latest complaint.

I have not been contacted concerning my complaint.

Please refer to a current complaint from me dated 10/17/20. I want to be able to use my RoFo points for food purchase. Right now I can only use my RoFo card for gas. I have over 2,500 points.

Can get royal farms loyalty straightend out

called royal farms zip line service could not straighten out my issue. lost my royal farms loyalty card months ago. had been given a new card to activate months ago. card was never activated. called back today and they activated the card I lost instead of the new card because they said it was under a Gmail...
