attitude at the reception

We took our little baby to the doctor and got a little lost in the hospital corridors looking for a way out... where is the right exit door... the person answers that it is not his duty to show where to go... we continue to wander through the corridors of the hospital... when we meet another of the medical staff... we are told that this is the staff room and let's go away, but no one can tell exactly where the exit door is... and best of all, the security guard didn't know either! Is it really that hard to spend a few steps for a hospital visitor to show you exactly where to go (because there was no sign or exit) ?!
