Attitude, poor service

We faced the lowest quality service on the so-called national airline. So, the daughter had bought tickets for a flight operated by AuAir. Nowhere on the ticket was there any indication that check-in for the flight ended 40 minutes before departure. When flying with other companies, everything is clearly indicated on the ticket printout, when the departure, when the registration starts, when it ends. We arrived at the airport at about 11: 30-11: 35 (departure at 12:20), lined up, where, unfortunately, in front of one passenger tried to check in and fly with an ID card, a mess began and both check-in were busy with the incident, even the airport security was called, because the passenger and the wife did not insist on freeing up at check-in. After some time, when the airport service had arrived, check - in resumed and finally the daughter 's queue arrived, we were at check - in about 30-35 minutes before departure. It was announced that the registration was over to go to the AuAir information office, where we met a very unkind woman on behalf of irina (the woman refused to name her name and even turned her license around her neck), who announced that we had missed the registration and did not even show the least interest, despite the fact that at that time there were at least half an hour before departure. She stated that she is the only one from the management and she refuses us, everything is overdue, there is no solution and the money (265 AUD) for the flight to Oslo and back burns. As I mentioned, the only indication on the ticket printout is that registration usually starts 2 hours in advance. There are many flies with wizzair,on the printouts of which everything is always clearly indicated. Asking this AuAir representative how we knew that check-in ends 40 minutes before departure, she said that in general, you have to be at the airport at least 3 hours in advance and that everyone knows that. It could be seen that she was pleased to show her power and the fact that we were in such a situation, as I said, did not show the slightest interest in any solution to the situation. Then we called the celotleti.org office, whose employees at least met, contacting sas to avoid losing the return ticket and we bought another ticket there, because at that moment the flight we had a ticket for had already departed. To sum up, try to avoid AuAir at the earliest opportunity, as all services are less than three times more expensive than other budget airlines, despite the fact thatthat public money is also invested in it. Do not expect the employees of this company to show you the slightest hospitality and interest, you will simply be "stitched" just so that there is nothing to do about it. And yes, of course, we were to blame for not arriving 3 hours before the flight, not reading the microscopic text when buying a ticket online, and not knowing "what everyone knows" - that check-in ends 40 minutes before departure. I sincerely wish AuAir to go bankrupt, although this may not be possible with taxpayer funding.
