Lack of service provider

Everytime I have gone to this ****ing dentist to have an extraction, because my ****ing medicrap insurance won’t cover anything but extractions, he has his staff fill out a refferrel slip to an oral surgeon because he says my roots go into my sinuses and I guess that includes all the teeth on my lower jaw as...
