Unlicensed workers

these unlicensed workers are incapable of doing their job correctly. the management doesn’t do anything about it to do it better. scheduling appointments are really sketchy too. i asked around and found out that most of the employees here is unlicensed and been unable to meet the standard operations. it would be nice to have an investigation...
