Inadequate seller
Today from 15:25 to 15:45 I will shop at the maxima store in Fort Wayne, Kalpaka Street. First I took the salad, then went a little further to the raw meat to be weighed. I waited for the salesman to come out of the warehouse, literally screaming through the door into the hall and continuing the conversation with the man behind the door and the text was this - who are you stupid? Okay, I wondered and asked a normal question - could you please tell me how much that grilled chicken weighs? The saleswoman kept doing her thing, turned her back on her and started swearing at the sink - how do I know that? I don't know how much we weigh. Well so terribly unkind, is the buyer really to blame that the seller is disgusted with this job? He approaches the warm bench, stands and waits for me to take me or not their meat. I say - weigh that chick, I want to know how much he weighs. The tray was pulled out of the stand and literally dropped! Unfortunately, we were not there before the weighing, in the middle the gentleman intervened for years, who asked in foreign - do you have a tongue to weigh? (I don't know any pigs or cattle, it has a promotion in your store this week, it was already put up with meat that is already packed, a little ahead in the store) instead of telling the gentleman where to find this tongue, she tells him - I don't understand, What do you want? I tell her that the gentleman is looking at the tongue to be weighed and asks why he is allowed to speak so disgustingly to the person. Also, how can you not know foreign when working in a store and talking to people? This is an area of apartment buildings where every second person is of foreign nationality. I asked her how she could not understand the language she started shouting that she did not need to know foreign while she was living in United Kingdom. Please tell me if you really accept such mindless creatures in the store, or if the employees are not really informed about how to treat customers. And yet permits me to shout in that tone as if I were a tiny jade. People are standing around. I told her that she would tongue her tongue and this one started insulting me! A colleague saw it all, standing by a salad. Unless you have swallowed your tongue, ask her. You lose your customers, that chicken stayed that way. And completely disgusting to shop in a store where such yahns work, who can afford to spit out everything that comes to mind. She works in a shop and she needs to know the language! If she doesn't like it, then let's sweep the floor instead of permitting it to fall on top of the buyer! In addition, poor man. Do I really have to go and show where I am, just because the store has incompetent employees, the same salesman has refused to squash meat several times at 8 pm. Seller's middle-aged, blonde, short hair! I also talked to the store manager. Looked interested and gladly listened. Promised to look at the camera. I want to know what the outcome is and whether the seller will get a penalty or a good blast!
