I was waiting for a shipment from Germany with delivery from 24-27. 01, as I tracked the shipment through DHL where I see that the shipment seems to be already delivered 25. 01. , at the beginning I contacted the post office where I explained that the mail is no longer delivered can be itella, I look at 27. 01 on their website so the shipment is already delivered and everything is ok, I try to call them now than I sent an e-mail, 30. 01 called back and says that has been delivered I have not been at home my father has been at home and he has picked up the consignment and even where there is even a signature, but I have sat at home all week unfortunately and to my even greater surprise my father has died several years ago now I turn to the State Police with the submission
