worked one month and i had to call dealer to fix. they were here still need to come back again the dealer rep told me he was not getting any info from QUADRAFIRE User’s recommendation: DO NOT BUY QUADRA FIRE.
I bought a quadrafire mt. Vernon E-2 pellet stove insert two years ago for about $6000. Control board and ignitor went out first year. Just replaced the igniter again and now the auger is not working. These stoves are junk. Will never buy a quadrafire again. User’s recommendation: Buy something else.
We’re looking for technical information from the manufacturer Quadra-Fire who doesn’t want to do that, they want us to go to our local dealer who’s backed up and says 2 weeks for any part that we want to buy.
