Shattered pan in oven

Placed pie pan in preheated oven and 3min later the pan vegans to drop pieces of glass all over

I need replacement blue lid for my 4 cup bowl.

The lids are not very high quality. Please replace the damaged lid. Others are starting to go bad also but still usable. These bowl sets are less than a year old. I dont remember where I bought them.
