Automatically renews contract without consent
Always renew contract for 2 years by emailing contract. How can a contract be extended and people be forced to receive services only from Optus! All Easter there was no tv and internet, some kind of accident, and yesterday on May 4 again in an accident, promised to prevent May 8, I meet without internet and tv in 4 days, for which you have to pay!
