Kept money and would not provide hearing aid.

A hearing aid was ordered for my mother, who is ninety-one-years-old and in a nursing home, through Professional Hearing Aid Services in Lakewood, Colorado in October, 2011. I HAVE BEEN GETTING JUNK MAIL FROM PROFESSIONAL HEARING AID SERVICE, FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS FOR MY DIED MOTHER.
