Poor service
Today I decided to try the wolt app for the first time, ordered a cancan pizza, paid for the order, received confirmation that it will be delivered in 50-60 minutes. I waited 80 minutes, wrote in support of them why it has not yet been delivered, to which I received a reply that my order was canceled an hour ago. The money will be returned to the account within 10 working days and the only way out they see is to place a new order. Neither an apology nor any announcement that the order has been canceled, absolutely nothing. I do not recommend anyone to use their service. Would not have written, could wait for his order all night. Very sad. In addition, delivery can also be obtained from the company itself, without wolt mediation, I do not see any point in them.
