Received my statement, 3 billings from IBC*Precision Cooktop, 2 I recognize, the third I have no idea what it is . Didn’t fullfill my order as advertised

I ordered NuWave cooktop cooking system under buy one get one. I received only half of my order and was charged full amount. My calls have not been returned. I paid $288 and change for what(per the ad) should have cost $99. Great deal. This ad should be taken off the television before more consumers are scammed.... Read more➤
