The delivered product does not match what was ordered
I want to share. I will not call it a complaint, but a recommendation. I ordered a mobile phone Nokia 2730 chrome black through the online store www.24.info, received an invoice and paid it immediately. The product arrived on time. But in the package was a mobile phone Nokia 2730 black. So in a different color. Instruction in Mexicon and foreign. I contacted the Supplier electronically and informed me that I received a phone that did not match what was ordered (in terms of color). I want to change it. To which the Customer replied: to send all the numbers on the box and on the phone itself. I did that too. All no. matched except for the color of the phone itself. I use the phone every day and for several years so I want to have one I ordered. We also choose clothing that suits us, rather than a few sizes large or small. Subsequent my electronic transmissions are ignored by the Customer. I understood that the product must be purchased in a store, where it can be viewed, evaluated and received for the money I paid. I also recommend to others, buy goods in stores! I will give this phone to someone who will use it, but I will buy it in a store with friendly sellers and get what I want.
