Sent the product back, per their guidance and they did not pick it up from their Post Office. SHADY!!!

We sent the product back, per their guidance, and they would not pick it up from their Post Office. P.O. tried to return it, we refused the package because our card company refunded us. Now the Potentlift Company charged us again. The company has acted very dishonest. Our card Co is investigating this charge.

I ordered the potent lift that was 49.95 and there was free shipping but when I put my card info it changed the price to 59 dollars and my card denied the 59.95 but theres enough to cover the 49.95.

I’m vey disapointed with this product. It’s been two weeks

1.75 fl oz has to be wrong

I use Prevage moisturizer 2 times per day and still have my container which was bought before Potent lift. I used only tiny amounts (Potent) and not every day, especially since the Covid-19 and used very little. My container is empty which leaves me to believe there is not 1.75 fl oz in the container.
