Forget the passengers at the "green stop"

The ECOLINES bus in Oakland iЃs! Thank God that the wallet was taken away and it took a few lats to get to the final destination by train. The rest of the belongings were left on the bus. Another Ecoline flight refuses to pick up a passenger left by a colleague - buys a new ticket and then explains later. Is this normal? A 5-minute break on a 5-hour route is far too little. Then better not work at all. If there is a queue at the toilets, it will be good to walk to the toilet for 5 minutes. And, our passengers, see also if the assistant has returned. However, anyone with speech abilities can alert the driver. Hardly any of you would want to be in a similar situation. Both the driver's irresponsibility and the indifference of other passengers are troubling.
