After contacting customer service I was told the part was ordered and it could take 15 days for me to receive it. 15 days latter and still no part. How come they never answer the phones

Playmobile does not answer their customer service lines. How busy can they be? It’s a toy company for gosh sakes it’s not like they are Amazon!
