Very poor and slow order processing service
We place 2 shipment orders on the FedEx website, we paid on the page via luminor bank's internet bank. There is no order confirmation, there is no possibility to print address cards, we lost half a day communicating with "customer service", demand payment orders, then send some foggy address card pictures, which printed foggy pictures, the parcel barcode reader will never recognize them! No normal order confirmations have been received with a link to the address on which the card should be printed. Nightmare! Half a day to go and we're still waiting!
