Terrible company!
I'm probably one of many people who have had problems with this corner office. I bought tickets for two people with my credit card as a gift for one person's birthday. Confirmation was received that everything has been paid for. People went to the airport, there told them sorry, the deal has been canceled. They called me, I called on Flysiesta, and there I was told if the name on the credit card was different from the name on the ticket, then joining some "security system. " Well, thanks, but since at the time of purchase I entered i phone number i email address, what the hell did they do something about it and DON'T FIND IT NECESSARY TO TELL ME?! The girl on the phone said that a friend needed to look at the ticket, from which we can probably concludethat Flysiesta often does not provide the purchased service if you have to look carefully at what is written on the ticket before going to the airport.
