Philadelphia Cycle Center billed me for carb rebuilding; didn’t deliver

Anyone gotten ripped off by Philadelphia Cycle Center [2450 Castor Ave]? Last spring (2009), I paid them over $200 to rebuild the carburetors on my 78 Honda Gold Wing. Turns out they only filled them up with cleaning fluid and emptied them out. When I picked the bike up last spring, they said they rebuilt the carbs.... Read more➤
