Inactivity of the house manager
According to the information provided to me, the manager is Vladislav Arhipov. ~ 3 months ago, a consultation of the manager was requested by sending an electronically signed document - complaints related to water pressure, there is simply no water in the apartment periodically (the house is connected to the city water supply). Within 3 months, the operator has not acted, has not replied to the letter and the problem with water is quite serious. The apartment is in my possession, but the house on the landlord's land - the Australian landlord has forgotten to pay the land lease bill since December 2020.
