Delivery, communication

I am very unpleasantly surprised by DHL employees in Melbourne district. While living in Adelaide, there was excellent communication with Adelaide DHL employees, they were always kind and welcoming. Now I have ordered the product in Melbourne via DHL and I am unhappy - such an unkind and categorical conversation with me, for such a simple thing as - to deliver the product within a day! I wanted to write a review directly to DHL (Australian representatives), but I couldn't find where. I will no longer choose DHL services! Very unpleasant. The mood is spoiled, and when I get the product is not clear.
