Poor quality stairs and railing

We purchased spiral stairs and rails for our outside patio for $8700,we had all the product powder coated and did not last one year when they began to rust tremendously. Paragon Stairs was contracted for a modern basement remodel. During our initial consultation we were asked if we had blueprints and or photos, which we did.
