DHL seizes shipment and require the redemption of

Dhl umpteenth year "dhl customs customer support specialist" e-mail contains the following text: "warehousing the first three calendar days - free of charge, starting from the fourth day - 10. 00 AU$‎ (+ VAT) per day, per shipment. " no guarantees are given for the speed of customs clearance, duty-free goods can be stored for 14 days... I tore the rock once again and before I start the customs clearance procedure I am forced to make correspondence with a dhl employee about how much the delivery will cost in the end. I once complained to ptac - back then dhl 's answer was that it applied to legal entities, while dhl' s employee said that it was so intimidating that customers cleared customs sooner. Receiving each customs-cleared shipment with dhl turns into a santar barbarian. I believe that the only adequate thing that can be required is to pay customs duties and taxes within a certain time limit. The rest is no longer dependent on the customer.
