Poor service

I wanted to share our adventure by ordering "Wasabi" pizza. At 17:58 we ordered pizzas, we, as patient customers, waited for 1. 5 hours, when after more than 1. 5 hours our order had not been delivered yet, we started to worry - we called but of course no one answered our calls. At 20:17 we finally called when we told the situation - the staff didn't even apologize, but started to justify that there was a lot of work, and so on. The attitude of the employees towards the client is simply unforgivable - it was not enough that no one apologized to us for this situation, but the employee even allowed to hang up the phone during the conversation. When repeated attempts were made to call Wasabi, the employees did not even think of offering a discount. When we asked ourselves, maybe we would get some pizza for free - the employee just refused "We can't invite you to dinner!" Our pizzas were delivered after less than 3 hours, as we were not even offered a discount, we refused the pizzas - after waiting for 3 hours, even the appetite had passed. Recommendation for the owner of "Wasabi": 1. Hire competent employees 2. Change the attitude towards customers As you know, bad reviews spread much faster than good ones. I would recommend changing the attitude, because it can be seen that there are already a lot of dissatisfied customers.
