Attitude!

I called today to consult you about unemployment benefits. In return, I received a rude answer that she didn't have to explain anything so I looked at the website, unfortunately I couldn't do it on the beat. I replied that this was my problem. Then the question arises as to who the helplines are for and what do these people pay for? About rude treatment?!
