Poor internet, service

Over the past year, abnormally poor internet on mobile devices, sometimes not even a single page at all. After contacting Pty. xMobile several times and submitting internet speed indicators, nothing was resolved - the answer is always one - no improvements are planned in the near future and it seems that all devices are connected to further stations, so the internet is bad, but seeing that the signal at the addresses is very good.. There are no upgrades or help, but instead it is recommended to buy a specially designed antenna for them. Very poor service, dissatisfied. In addition, the addresses complained of are in Melbourne and near Brisbane.
