FRAUD
When I moved, I had to look for new TV and Internet service providers. The first thing we decided to try was Oceancom. Realizing that this service provider is not suitable for us, we refused and returned the received equipment by mail within 14 days and submitted the refusal electronically. By contacting Oceancom, I confirmed that the equipment had been received and the contract was terminated, and at my request to cancel the invoice already received, the invoice was canceled. So I thought about how nice the service provider is - it's a pity we didn't like it. But here you were 27,07,2020 I received an invoice for a seemingly undelivered decoder worth 60 dollars. I am as shocked as possible if I packed all the equipment back in the same packages in which I received and mailed balcom. Again call Oceancom where I am promised to check if a decoder has really been received. It takes about a week to ask if the facility is in place, because for me as a mother of many children, every euro is important, children have to be sent to school. I get an answer that I can't check so fast because it takes time and will call me back. It took time no one called or wrote and here again 07,09,2020 I receive an invoice for 60 dollars, which does not even specify what to pay such a payment amount of 60 dollars. Call again the story as it was packed, that everything was sent, I asked for a thorough check. The woman I was talking to on the phone promised to check. Suddenly after about two hours I get a call back and say that a test has been performed and this decoder has not been received. I say that it's so strange before when promised to check it so fast it was not possible a suddenly it is checked and the equipment is not and I have to pay for nothing to do. In the complaint, I even attach a postal receipt stating the weight of the package or it is really difficult to even compare the weight to know that I sent this machine. I believe and claim that Oceancom is a good blackmailer because telling their grief to acquaintances turned out to be the same problem and batcom. I never and anyone recommend Oceancom firstly the quality of poor internet in wars, secondly few tv channels and even all Australian channels were not available and thirdly the extortion of the bonus for a seemingly undecoded decoder. I think this is trying to steal money from me because I have returned all your equipment to you, I don't need your decoder, so let me use it if I use a completely different service provider
