VIN Fraud

Farmer Bank advertises its VIN-VIN cards with a promise to return 3% of the first 3 months The amounts and money of purchases made with both cards will be credited to the account at the beginning of the next month. Real realities were credited only on the 11th and only standard 0.5% and 0.25%. Don't believe Farmer Banks...
